We may also transfer your personal information in all of the above categories to a successor entity in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or other corporate change.

By utilizing the Site and/or online services, user hereby releases Tales From A Fork from any claims, damages, losses and liabilities resulting from or arising out of Tales From A Fork’ disclosure of any such user’s information to any third party.

Tales From A Fork will not share, transfer, or the information we collect from users or receive from our customers or other third parties regarding users other than as stated in this Privacy Policy, except in accordance with the directions of those customers and other third parties.

ACCESS AND MODIFICATION OF INFORMATION

To the extent required by applicable law, user may request that Tales From A Fork inform user about the personal information maintained by us with respect to user, and where appropriate, request that Tales From A Fork update, correct and/or suppress personal information about user that we maintain. Tales From A Fork will make all required updates and changes within the time specified by applicable law. User is permitted to remove user’s personal contact information from Tales From A Fork’s marketing list by utilizing the “unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of every email sent to users by Tales From A Fork or by directing any other request, in writing, to: Tales From A Fork, attn: president, 1970 28th Street, Springfield, OR 97477. To protect user’s confidentiality, Tales From A Fork will only respond to the physical or email address provided to Tales From A Fork in user’s request.

Information from Minors

Tales From A Fork seeks to ensure that it and third parties with whom it provides information relative to users comply with all applicable law relative to contact with users. Tales From A Fork implements security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of user’s information. Tales From A Fork restricts access to personal information to the third parties described above, who may need such information in order to operate, develop or improve online services. Persons receiving such information are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), up to twice in a twelve (12) month period, California residents have the right to request that a business disclose what personal information (that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household) it collects, uses, discloses, and sells. What Personal Information Do We Sell?

We utilize a two-step process for online requests to delete, whereby you clearly submit your request to delete, and second, you separately confirm that you want your personal information deleted.

To the extent that your personal information is necessary for us to maintain for a reason delineated in Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.105(d), including but not limited to complete a transaction for which the personal information was collected, provide a good or service you have requested, detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, debug, etc., or to comply with a legal obligation, we are not required to comply with your request for deletion. Your Rights to Non-Discrimination for the Exercise of Your Privacy Rights

California affords consumers with the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by a business for the exercise of their privacy rights conferred by the CCPA. This means that you cannot be denied goods or services; be charged different prices or rates; be provided with a different level or quality of goods or services; or have it suggested that you will receive a different price or rate or different level or quality of goods or services. Amendment

We reserve the right to amend our Privacy Policy at our sole discretion and at any time. You should review the Privacy Policy periodically to check for amendments. We will post notice of modifications and additions to these terms on this page. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective immediately after they are posted.
